You can return an item purchased online with a credit card, debit card, gift card or PayPal for a refund or an exchange in any Dotti retail store in New Zealand.
Simply take the item(s) along with a copy of the invoice that comes with your parcel, or your confirmation email into store and speak with the team.
An item purchased online using Afterpay as tender can be:
Returned for a refund by posting it to our online store returns & exchanges address. See How do I return an item for details.
Exchanged in store for an alternative item or a gift card to the value of the item. Gift cards will also be issued for any difference between the item exchanged and the amount originally paid.
